hi all. try two things: chaneg MTU from auto to 1500 or 1000 Disable jumbo frames on your switch.
Niticing that the problem happened when opening a video file, or with massive/fast file access, I changed MTU to 700, to see if it slowed things down and reduced the problem. it seems so, I was even able to scan music collection - slowly, but with no read errors. Increased MTU to 1500 - and I still do not see problems. Also: disabled jumbo frame support on my switch.
