apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected running-unity

** Description changed:

I installed Ubuntu 12.10 x64 on a new Toshiba Satellite Laptop.
The iso on the CD worked fine, but from when I did the first package
upgrading (list of upgraded packages attached) the screen flicks.
A simple workaround is to just close the screen and reopen it, then it works.
