Public bug reported: When trying to do an update on software packages for ubuntu 12.10 there is an error with the following file:

I can go get any other file but the file on the za mirror is forbidden... http://za.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/b/base-files/base- files_6.5ubuntu6.5_amd64.deb Please can you look into this and fix the permissions.
