This issue happend only once and not repeated again. I use default quantal kernel with all updates. my uname -a output is: Linux tio-MS-7635 3.5.0-23-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 24 13:15:40 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Sorry but I have no time to test mainline to kernel. I thought this issue did not happen only to me.
