Does this fix address the issue of not being able to resize panels within a window (as opposed to the window itself) using the overlay scroll bars?
I'm relatively new at Ubuntu and Linux in general, aren't this kind of fixes available through the usual update mechanism? If so, I'm wondering why it's still not fixed on my box, as I have run "sudo apt-get update" recently. If not, how do I install it?
