confirming bug with upstream kernel, its even the worse
with upstream not only computer starts again after shutdown, but it does
it immediately and in addition in gets stuck on black screen with
blinking cursor (before grub appears). only when i manually press reset
button (and recover from small heart-attack) and let computer go through
boot again grub appears
