Public bug reported:
apt-get install php5-suhosin on Ubuntu 12.10 creates proper suhosin.conf
cofiguration file in /etc/php5/mods-available, howere it won't symlink
it automatically to /etc/php5/conf.d as dpkg does with other extension
config files.
root@ubuntu-12-10:~# lsb_release -rd
