I cannot. I don't have the skills to do that. I have no idea how to test
without removing the default system I have. But know this, If the web cam
breaks the Ubuntu 12.04 and 12.10 on a clean install process, I really
don't doubt it will break 13.04 too.

Can't you guys release some kind of update or driver so that my webcam can
work again like it used to in 11.10?
