Sorry, I just noticed you have an X1800. You should definitely remove the 
"options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=acer-aspire-7730g" line and restart alsa 
with this command:
sudo alsa reload

Once that is complete, generate the updated alsa info and pulseaudio log:
