Upon furthur investigation, it appears that Debian has moved the
libsasl2-modules-gssapi-heimdal package to a new source pkg cyrus-
sasl2-heimdal, and that Gutsy has partly picked up on that (it has a
package with debug symbols).

So partly my bad, at least this bug will serve as a bread crub trail for
someone else, and remind the pkg maintainer there's some serious syncing
to do with Debian for this to work again.

I have been successful in compiling the Debian source pkg mentioned
above on Feisty, and it works with Heimdal KCM: credentials cache
(tested with imtest against kerberized cyrus-imapd)
