Public bug reported: I did a fresh install of 12.04 a couple of moth ago. Everything worked fine. I did the usual update via update-manager 2 days or so ago, were xorg packages were updated. Now when I do _anything_ xorg consumes between 40% and 60% CPU and the whole system is very slow and laggy. This happened after the reboot I did after updating. Maybe theres a connection?
I'm using 12.04 with Gnome3.
