Have changed this back to opinion from incomplete - it's not incomplete - it describes the problem, gives an opinion (that the package should be junked since it's effectively useless) and it does need to be dealt with. Either that or 13.04 will go out with this package still on, still broken, and still about as much use as a chocolate sunhat in the Sahara desert.
