It seems from the Polish translation of Transmission that there is no string called just "Otwórz..." anymore.
In fact, unless I'm mistaken it seems that the relevant strings were translated before this bug was filed, which leads me to think if the bug is actually that the string on the picture was truncated because of a theme font size?
