** Description changed: i tried using apport-collect to upload additional details about a bug. on a fresh installation it complains about "missing launchpadlib", but it does not tell the user how to get it. On Ubuntu at least, it could tell the user which package to install... much like "command-not-found" would report it.... (I installed ubuntu-dev-tools, so I am OK now...) + + Steps to reproduce: + 1.
