Public bug reported: After updating to Firefox 18 the Arabic l10n is lost and English UI is used instead. After checking I found it was caused by presence of empty lines on top of the install.rdf file of the Arabic xpi. After manually editing the file and removing the empty line, Arabic l10n is back again.
