I have to confirm this problem with 12.10 x64 and my Acer Travelmate 8172 I have to use WLAN because my laptop jack is directly next to the easyport socket. And the VGA port isn't working, which defeats the purpose of having an port replicator.
USB is sometimes not working on wakeup from suspend.
