I believe that the report is being sent automatically, after every
crash, 30-50 times per day. I just thought that this might be a quicker
way to get my issue resolved.  am I right to assume that i should not
have filed this report? Was it redundant and unnecessary? If so I
apologize for your trouble.

Any Idea how long before the issue might be addressed?
