  Sometimes it happens with one single file, but others you can download
  15 files at once and there is no problem. It seems a bit random.
  
  I got this problem previously with 12.04 in a 32 bits. Now I have  the
  same issue with 12.10 64 bits in a different computer .
  
  The only way to get rid of the problem is to disconnect from the network
  panel and reconnect again.
  
  I thought that it could be my router however I never had this issue with
  windows.
