I just come across this problem when i install Xubuntu 12.04.1, in "where are you" screen, I repeatedly click the China map, and it keeps showing Chongqing or Shanghai but no Beijing. This is a really odd user experience. Maybe they should change the question as "Choose your closest location" or something like that rather than asking for exact place.
