I will be unable to reproduce this in gutsy since i don't think i can do the same package update series in gutsy (and i have no idea which packages were being updated in the first place).
As far as i am concerned this bug report can be filed as invalid, since i cannot help by reproducing it or by retracing my steps in more detail.
