Sorry for double-posting again but without an edit function I can't do
anything else...

I'm not an expert but these lines from kernel log would sound strange:

ACPI Warning: [...numbers] SystemIO conflicts with Region \PMIO 1
(20120320/utaddress-251)
ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should use it instead
of the native driver
lpc_ich: Resource conflict(s) found affecting iTCO_wdt
[..]
ACPI Warning: [...numbers] SystemIO conflicts with Region \GPIO 1
(20120320/utaddress-251)
[..]
ACPI Warning: [...numbers] SystemIO conflicts with Region
\_SB_.PCI0.PEG0.PEGP.GPIO 2 (20120320/utaddress-251)
ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should use it instead
of the native driver
lpc_ich: Resource conflict(s) found affecting gpio_ich

Instead, the same (more or less... only small changes) kernel log rows
comes from the good start (without 75% cpu), so I think this is not
useful.
