I can't reproduce this. The script must have changed, since now I see : if (!$colorPath) { foreach ("/etc/X11/rgb", "/usr/share/X11/rgb", "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb"){ $colorPath = $_; last if ( -e "${colorPath}.txt" ); } }
and rgb.txt is in /etc/X11/ . These Changelog entries also indicate that this has been fixed: tightvnc (1.2.9-13) unstable; urgency=low * Correction for rgb path and font paths. -- Ola Lundqvist <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Thu, 27 Apr 2006 07:06:59 +0200 tightvnc (1.2.9-12) unstable; urgency=low * RGB path correction. * Run Xtightvnc instead of Xvnc. -- Ola Lundqvist <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Fri, 21 Apr 2006 21:10:44 +0200 So I take it that this is no longer a problem ? -- Wrong rgb info in tightvncserver script https://launchpad.net/bugs/44923 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
