I am having the very same problem on an AMD 64 HP Pavilion laptop. It happens very frequently to the point of not being able to use Firefox at all. Also, using Firefox arbitrarily causes the CPU to scale to its fullest and this falls back to normal after I close Firefox. I just installed Iceape and so far this seems to be working okay. Not sure what is causing this but it is very frustrating to be frequently logged out when using Firefox. Thanks
