Gwibber version 3.4.2-0ubuntu2.1 fixes this bug.

The changelog states:

To install this on Ubuntu 12.04 enable the "Pre-releace updates
(precise-proposed)" in Software Sources and install gwibber-service-
facebook

~$ sudo apt-get install gwibber-service-facebook

Then remove the "Pre-releace updates (precise-proposed)" from Software
Sources so you don't update and install all the newest untested versions
of everything. ;-)

P.S. I've tested this and posts I make from Gwibber now show up in
facebook, however there must be something else wrong with my Gwibber too
because I don't see any details of anything in the gwibber window, it's
just a gray window (see attached pic) :-(
