Public bug reported: When resuming from stand-by, I get to an editable desktop, ie. I can open/close programs, change volume etc. After some seconds the lock screen appears delayed and asks me for a password. (Of course this defeats the purpose of having a lock screen. The desktop should probably be started after the lock screen appears, or at least not be editable until the password has been entered.)
