It seems that the problem reported as Bug #865410 reappeared in quantal.
Right after start of the app, the UI works as it should, but after a few
clicks, wherever in the window I click a mouse button, or regardless of
how many times I hit the TAB key, the clicks and keypresses end up in
just one pane of the window (usually "torrent details" pane) and no
operation that needs a click in another pane, including menu, can be
performed.
Note that the package uses overlay scrollbars now; last time disabling
the overlay scrollbars alleviated the problem.
Happens under Unity and Cinnamon.
