Thank you for taking your time to report this bug and help make Ubuntu better. This is a known problem between some ALSA drivers and newer pulseaudio versions.
Luckily there's a workaround known to fix the issues in some cases: 1. Open file /etc/pulse/default.pa 2. Replace line 'load-module module-udev-detect' with 'load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0' 3. Restart pulseaudio by running 'pulseaudio -k && pulseaudio --start' in terminal. Please test if that helps you with the issues. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1087862 Title: My sound stutters no matter how I configure /etc/pulse/daemon.conf To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/1087862/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
