The options for this device were removed from the kernel config file in
Quantal and also in Raring.  The options exist in Precise:

CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_HIFN_795X=m
CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_HIFN_795X_RNG=y

We may be able to re-enable them.
