For informations, this option are alive since Firefox 14 (release
17/07/2012) and the bug are:

Since Firefox 17 (release 20/10/2012), Firefox OS and Firefox on Android could 
read H.264 and mp3 with some device:

Mozilla chande this point of view because Google chrome who could read both, 
WebM and H264. Google don't want to left H264:
