The traceback points at the bzr-explorer plugin in your
~/.bazaar/plugins directory.

This means you manually installed this pluging and probably needs to either:
- remove your local installation and install it system-wide so you have better 
chances to stay in sync,
OR
- update your local plugin making sure you peek a version that is compatible 
with your bzr system-wide install
