The build time is only 20 minutes more. Which user cares about it? No one will build it every day. If wxWidgets will get into main, mingw32 can be removed if it will happen but I don't think that wxWidgets will left universe soon.
There is already a README from Debian. But does a developer, who wants to build a w32-program under ubuntu, knows how to build libwxmsw with debian-patch?
