Public bug reported: Since I updated to Quantal (or, rather, re-installed, but kept /home), VLC doesn't inhibit the screensaver anymore when playing videos (even in fullscreen mode), even though the option is checked. So, after 10 minutes of watching, the screen suddenly turns black (it doesn't even fade slowly, like it usually does) and I have to move the mouse or press a key to see the video again.
