Public bug reported:

My ubuntu box have a serial port and a barcode scanner on in. Scanner
can operate only at 9600 baud rate, 1 stop bit and a parity check, but
serial port have another parameters by default, so the scanner doesn't
work.

I can set up /dev/ttyS0 using stty with a lot of parameters, after
reading a lot of documentation. But I think this process can be not so
complicated - using some kind of grapgical configuration tool.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
