Public bug reported:

beowulf@seashell:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.10
Release: 12.10

beowulf@seashell:~$ apt-cache policy linux
linux:
  Installiert: (keine)
  Kandidat: 3.5.0.18.21

Tried to just boot up the system as normally. But the systems stops
booting. Using [CTRL]+[ALT]+[DEL] to initiate reboot, lets the system
shut down, showing some debug(?) message vom iwlwifi.

Somehow I have the feeling, that whenever I boot into windows7, it does
something with the firmware of the wifi and ubuntu does not get things
right on boot. After reboot it usually works, so it seems ubuntu changes
some settings in the firmware maybe, so that at the next start it can
initialize wifi right away (but thats just a feeling).
