Hi Jonathan, When I filed this bug in mid-September, it was affecting string #52. Due to some changes in the source, tie contents of string #52 is now in #55, and it no longer shows the problem.
I downloaded the .po file from the French translation page, and compared the contents of the current string and the old one that is archived at the end of the file (docs_cli_po_kubuntu-docs-cli-fr.po attached) Current string lines #453-#462: it's OK "The <command>mv</command> command moves a file or directory to a different " "location or renames a file or directory (<abbrev>mv</abbrev> is short for " "<quote>move</quote>). To rename the file <filename>foo</filename> to " "<filename>bar</filename>, type: <screen>mv foo bar</screen> To move the file " "<filename>foo</filename> into the current user's <filename " "class=\"directory\">Desktop</filename> directory, type: <screen>mv foo " "~/Desktop</screen> This will not rename <filename>foo</filename> to " "<filename class=\"directory\">Desktop</filename>, because " "<filename>foo</filename> is a file and <filename " "class=\"directory\">Desktop</filename> is a directory." Old string lines #1373-#1381: line #1378 ends with "\n" which is a line break. #~ "The <command>mv</command> command moves a file or directory to a different " #~ "location or renames a file or directory. (<acronym>mv</acronym> is short for " #~ "<quote>move</quote>). To rename the file <filename>foo</filename> to " #~ "<filename>bar</filename>, type: <screen>mv foo bar</screen> To move the file " #~ "<filename>foo</filename> into the current user's <filename " #~ "class=\"directory\">Desktop</filename> directory, type: <screen>mv foo \n" #~ "~/Desktop</screen> This will not rename <filename>foo</filename> to " #~ "<filename>Desktop</filename>, because <filename>foo</filename> is a file and " #~ "<filename class=\"directory\">Desktop</filename> is a directory." This looks like a bug in Rosetta...
