Hi Matt, I took a slightly different approach, since UDD makes upgrading to new upstream versions so easy.
$ bzr branch ubuntu:sonic raring $ cd raring $ bzr merge-upstream Now, review the changes, debcommit, and build the source package, do a local build and test. I did have to go through the quilt patches and refresh them, since fuzz is rejected when building the source package. There's no need to diff anything outside the debian directory, and I'll attach the debian/ diff resulting from this process. I did give you credit for the new version in the debian/changelog, and retained your change to debian/copyright (which I see reflected in the upstream README). Thanks for your contribution to Ubuntu, and I've sponsored this into Raring. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1057272 Title: update sonic to 0.1.18 for R To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sonic/+bug/1057272/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
