Public bug reported:

Whenever i open the libreoffice impress to create a new presentation or open an 
existing presentation with libreoffice impress, there is no menubar present.
Also, if i try to access the menubar items via the HUD, i don't get any results.
This happens only in LibreOffice Impress. The LibreOffice Writer and 
LibreOffice Calc are not showing this anamoly.
