A workaround is:

wget http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin
/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.236.orig.tar.gz

changing the version of the file to the current one and

sudo /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/install_plugin adobe-
flashplugin_11.2.202.236.orig.tar.gz

For the adobe file the full path has to be specified.
