I don't currently have a nexus 7 installation at hand, but does that
kernel come from a particular PPA or so? What does "apt-cache policy
linux-image-3.1.10-6-nexus7" say?

We could whitelist that PPA. The main question is, does the kernel team
actually want bug reports against the linux source in Ubuntu for this,
or should these reports go to a separate Lauchpad project instead? We
can do either in Apport.
