I don't currently have a nexus 7 installation at hand, but does that kernel come from a particular PPA or so? What does "apt-cache policy linux-image-3.1.10-6-nexus7" say?
We could whitelist that PPA. The main question is, does the kernel team actually want bug reports against the linux source in Ubuntu for this, or should these reports go to a separate Lauchpad project instead? We can do either in Apport. ** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1076082 Title: [RFE] Allow Bug Reporting Against Linux Package on Nexus 7 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+bug/1076082/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
