Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox
Since package Version 2.0.0.4+2-0ubuntu3, Firefox shows deeply erratic behaviour when Tab Mix Plus extension (version 0.3.6; https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/1122) is activated. -Bookmark tool bar itself is displayed, but does no longer show any of the bookmarks -Opening a search engine by pressing Enter in an empty search field only works in new tabs -Tab Mix Plus settings are overridden (I.e. JavaScript pop-ups opening in new windows) -Back, Forward, Stop and Refresh buttons cease to work -Only the last manually entered address (even if not a full URL, like launchpad.net) is shown and not updated -Immediately after last Firefox update, the menu bar was blocked (restarting X got rid of this) Deactivating Tab Mix Plus restores normal operation. The extension worked perfectly in all previous version of (Ubuntu) Firefox.
