Public bug reported:

Mark Shuttleworth noticed that people use ten apps at most, so he put
the launcher on the left. If people used fifteen apps at most, he would
have to put the launcher on bottom.

If people use 15 apps at most in a tablet, you will have to move the
launcher from the left to the bottom. So.. How many apps do people use
at most in a tablet?
