  grep is actually correct in this case, if you look at the contents of the 
file byte-by-byte, it's actually got:

0001100   c nul   k nul  sp nul  sp nul   5 nul  sp nul  sp nul   a nul

So the content is really   T nul r nul a nul c nul k nul
So 'Track' isn't actually present.
