Public bug reported:

I need a more handy shortcut to toggle the maximization state of a
window, I change the shortcut from Ctrl-Alt-Num5 to Alt-Shift-W. It
works during the current session, but when I reboot, it is back to Ctrl-
Alt-Num5.

I expected the settings to be preserved after reboot.
