** Description changed:

  Release of Ubuntu:12.10
- Package Version:
+ Package Version: gnome-control-center 3.4.2 and 3.5.x
Expected Results: system language setting needs to be respected
Actual Results: date is translated following the reginal format settings

  Hallo
I want to have my system fully in English, but actually the date is
translated in Italian.
I think that this depend on the fact that I choose Italian in regional format
(but just to have numbering and currency that I use), I don't want to have the
date translated into another language.
  See attached screenshot.

  Thanks
  Fabio
