still happens in 12.10 !! using glabels 3.0 AMD64 although frustratingly some times it prints but I have wasted so much time trying to solve it 12.10 uses gutenprint 2.5.9 it printed the first time and then occasionally works but most times no data is sent except for the start and end codes that move the tray into the printer as if it is going to work then comes out again with nothing printed, with a message saying the tray is in the wrong position, which it isn't
I have kept a usb version of Mint12 32 bit which works although slow from usb it is at least reliable.
