Thanks Daniel, After investigating, here are the step to reproduce : - switch on the computer and log on. Compiz already uses around 220M (which is already twice as in 12.04) - Open the dash for the first time : Compiz now uses 380 M of memory. - Open the HUD for the first time : Compiz now uses 430M
