independent hp ON mean that you can use hw:0,2 which only output to
headphone at device 2: VT1718S HP [VT1718S HP] while you can play 5.1,to
rear panel jack device 0: VT1718S Analog [VT1718S Analog]

however pulseaudio does not support multi streaming
