"So I think, that additional testing is useless," If manually downloading the drivers from the Realtek website as you outlined is a solution for you, then you may mark this report as Status Invalid. Otherwise, two ways exist on how to proceed: 1) The Realtek driver downloaded from the website is packaged in a supported Ubuntu repository, and potentially quirked for your device ID. For more on this path please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages . 2) The drivers that come by default with Ubuntu work with your device.
