Binary package hint: kde-guidance

When hald or dbus restart, powermanager claims that no battery is
installed. It would be nice if powermanager noticed the service restart,
and recovered from it.
Workaround: quit powermanager, and restart it from alt-F2 > guidance-
power-manager
