Hi Fumihito, I'm the maintainer of ftpmirror in Debian and I tried to contact the author thousand of times with no answers from his part. Seems ftpmirror is no longer supported by upstream.
The fact is that in those documents may be information about new options for 1.96 version but obviously I couldn't read the content yet. If anyone can translate those files for me, I will be able to update man pages including information about new options. Those files are out of the package so will not be included.
